We collect the expected Delivery Date from you on the shipping details section. We will try our best to ship the gift order so that it reach on the date you asked for. The Courier companies does not deliver on the public holidays and Sundays. In those cases your gift order may reach a day sooner or later. We take few hours to get your gifts order looked at, credit card authorized. If your card does not authorize, your order will not proceed to the next step. If your order does not proceed to the next step, IndiaGiftMarket.com will notify you via your order status and by email with instructions on how to proceed. If everything looks good then depending on the delivery location, your gift will be Packed and Shipped 2-4 days before the Desired delivery date. We will keep the order status updated when gift is packed and shipped.
To provide you a worry free gifting experience we provide you a flexible return policy. Within 2 days of receiving your gift shipment, you may return any unopened item in its original packaging, for a refund (excluding shipping costs). The return shipment cost will be paid by you and the unopened gift items has to be shipped back via courier. Please contact our customer service before initiating a return.
We provide Guaranteed Delivery. If the Gift order is not delivered due to fault on IndiaGiftMarket.com side, we will give you full refund.
Wrong Address - If the order is not delivered due to wrong address. Our staff will try to contact you. Re delivery of non-perishable items to an alternate address can be requested within 1 day period at an additional delivery charge. For Perishable good, the re delivery to alternate address will not be attempted and No refunds will be given.
Recipient not available - Our logistic partners will attempt to deliver the item twice. If the Recipient's is not available, the gift order will be returned to us. Our staff will try to contact you. For Non Perishable good, Re delivery to an alternate date can be requested within 1 day period at an additional delivery charge. For Perishable good, the re delivery on alternate date will not be attempted and No refunds will be given.
